Dawn Badland and Julian Rowe are two Kent based artists who have separate practices but feel the need, every now and then, to collaborate on a project. In “I Can See You But I Can’t Hear You”, their video piece for Lighthouse Relay, two people attempt to communicate by flag semaphore from one screen to another across the empty interior of a lighthouse.
